US LTL 11th Edition Overview

 
MASTIO published its 11th Edition LTL Carrier Customer Value & Loyalty Study in October 2015.  This study identifies and quantifies the perceptions and needs of shippers who utilize LTL Carriers in the U.S.. The 2015 study findings are based on interviews with 2,021 shippers providing over 6,100 total observations. There were 251 LTL carriers rated of which 26 had a sufficient number of ratings to be included in this 2015 report. 
 
The 2015 study also includes approximately 12,000 qualitative responses to five (5) open-ended questions about individual carriers. The data was collected by telephone interviews with key decision makers beginning in July and ending in October of 2015.

Canadian LTL 4th Edition Overview

 
MASTIO published its 4th Edition Canadian LTL Carrier Customer Value & Loyalty Study in July 2015.  This study identifies and quantifies the perceptions and needs of shippers who utilize LTL Carriers in Canada.  The 2015 study findings are based on interviews with 1,138 Canadian shippers providing over 2,700 total observations. There were 350 LTL carriers rated of which 49 had a sufficient number of ratings to be included in this 2015 report. 
 
The 2015 study also includes approximately 3,100 qualitative responses to several open-ended questions about individual carriers. The data was collected by telephone interviews with key decision makers beginning in early May and ending in late June of 2015.

Global Freight 4th Edition Overview

 
MASTIO recently published its 4th Edition Global Freight Forwarder Customer Value & Loyalty Study in September 2014.  This study identifies and quantifies the perceptions and needs of companies throughout the world who utilize Global Freight Forwarders. The 2014 study findings are based on interviews with 1,490 air and ocean customers providing over 3,200 total observations. Interviews were conducted in North and South America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.  There were 100’s of Freight Forwarders rated of which 32 had a sufficient number of ratings to be included in this 2014 report. The data was collected by telephone interviews with key decision makers beginning in late May and concluding in August.

Midstream 4th Edition Overview

 
MASTIO recently published its 4th Edition Midstream Customer Value & Loyalty Study in September 2014.  This study identifies and quantifies the perceptions and needs of companies throughout the U.S. and Canada who utilize Midstream Service Providers. The 2014 study findings are based on interviews with 340 customers providing nearly 950 total observations.  There were 93 midstream service companies rated of which 20 had a sufficient number of ratings to be included in this 2014 report. The data was collected by telephone interviews with key decision makers during the months of July, August and September of 2014.
