PE Customer Value Overview 2015 Edition

 
MASTIO published its 2015 Polyethylene (HDPE & LLDPE/LDPE) Customer Value & Loyalty Study in October. This study identifies and quantifies the perceptions and needs of polyethylene resin customers. The 2015 HDPE study findings are based on interviews with 330 customers providing over 650 total observations. The 2015 LLDPE/LDPE study findings are based on interviews with 237 customers providing over 575 total observations.
 
The 2015 study also includes thousands of qualitative responses to seven (7) open-ended questions about polyethylene resin suppliers. The data was collected by telephone interviews with key decision makers beginning in late June and ending in early September of 2015.

US LTL 11th Edition Overview

 
MASTIO published its 11th Edition LTL Carrier Customer Value & Loyalty Study in October 2015.  This study identifies and quantifies the perceptions and needs of shippers who utilize LTL Carriers in the U.S.. The 2015 study findings are based on interviews with 2,021 shippers providing over 6,100 total observations. There were 251 LTL carriers rated of which 26 had a sufficient number of ratings to be included in this 2015 report. 
 
The 2015 study also includes approximately 12,000 qualitative responses to five (5) open-ended questions about individual carriers. The data was collected by telephone interviews with key decision makers beginning in July and ending in October of 2015.

Canadian LTL 4th Edition Overview

 
MASTIO published its 4th Edition Canadian LTL Carrier Customer Value & Loyalty Study in July 2015.  This study identifies and quantifies the perceptions and needs of shippers who utilize LTL Carriers in Canada.  The 2015 study findings are based on interviews with 1,138 Canadian shippers providing over 2,700 total observations. There were 350 LTL carriers rated of which 49 had a sufficient number of ratings to be included in this 2015 report. 
 
The 2015 study also includes approximately 3,100 qualitative responses to several open-ended questions about individual carriers. The data was collected by telephone interviews with key decision makers beginning in early May and ending in late June of 2015.
